InterVideo Home Theater 2 Platinum has a good look and all the features you would expect in an MCE clone. Bundles are available with a full-function remote, but you’ll need to bring your own TV tuner.

As with CyberLink PowerCinema, the look and feel of InterVideo Home Theater 2 Platinum doesn’t differ much from what you see when you’re sitting in front of Microsoft’s Media Center Edition. Slide show music choices are better, though some operations were a bit slower on our test systems.
